?CALLING ALL ST HELENS & NEWTON ANGLERS?

?PLEASE READ AND SHARE?

?BOTH PERMITS AVAILABLE IN STORE NOW?

Following many years of close connections with the angling associations of St. Helens and Newton we’ve decided to offer a discount to the many loyal customers who are members of each club.

With immediate effect we will now be offering a 10% off RRP discount to all St Helens and Newton permit holders on all purchases made at Leigh Tackle and Bait, this goes across our full product range from bait, to terminal tackle, rods, reels, poles, etc, etc, etc ???

This is to show our appreciation and to give back to the local angling community who have supported us over the many years ❤️

You must produce a valid permit for either club at the time of purchase to claim your discount.

Permits for both associations can be purchased from Leigh Tackle for the coming season – we look forward to welcoming everyone into the shop as soon as lockdown is over, until then you can still order and collect by calling us on 01942 604125 ???

Meet Google Drive – One place for all your files

As many will be aware we have had the opportunity to take on some new waters for the 2021 season.

As a result we have new locations for night fishing and a new process for obtaining your new night card as detailed below.

Attached to this post is the application form for this year's night card. Please complete and send to the relevant address with a passport photo.

There is a link on our website to then complete the purchase of your night card.

Where possible we ask that you make a note on your application form of your online order number as this will speed up the process for us.

Please note that unless we have both the online purchase and application form with a photo ID your night card will not be produced and you will not be permitted to fish.

Night cards will be sent out in the post and there is to be no night fishing until your photo ID card arrives.

I'll be opening up the sales section after 8pm.

1. PRINT THE FORM

2. PURCHASE YOUR NIGHT CARD

*LEG 'O MUTTON UPDATE*

Following the closure of the legger, the EA have conducted regular testing and we have had confirmation that the water body is now below the threshold for Blue Green Algae.

The Legger will reopen tomorrow morning, but anglers must adhere to some new club rules regarding the water. Any anglers found breaching these rules, will be asked to leave and will result in the loss of membership. These rules are here for the benefit of the water and will be reviewed on an annual basis.

Leg ' Mutton rule changes;

FREEZER BAITS ONLY – THE USE OF SHELF-LIFE BAITS ARE NOW BANNED, STABILISED BAITS MAY BE USED ON THE HAIR ONLY.

NO SPOMBING, SPODDING OR HEAVY BAITING.

AS ALWAYS HAS BEEN, THE LEGGER WILL REMAIN A TWO-ROD WATER.
